11. How long will it take me to get the result?
Once you have explained to manager what exact template customization you desire, the manager will set the preliminary term of delivery. Typical customization takes between 1-7 business days, but there can be some delays if you don`t provide the necessary information, such as correct contact information or personal files (texts, images, etc.)
12. How can I check the state of my order?
Everyday you will get e-mail with status of your project.
13. What do I have to do to avoid delays and get a desired result?
Please provide correct and full information about yourself. According to US legislation your information will not be used in any way, other than using it to provide you with the details of your project. Make sure you have all necessary information and personal files (texts, images) that will allow manager to completely understand your project, give you the right quote and proceed with production.
14. What should I do if I sent the payment but my project is suspended because of antifraud check?
Please don`t worry, this is the usual procedure. Customization Service billing officers suspend all projects for antifraud check of transaction. Please wait patiently for e-mail with further instructions. Usually antifraud check takes 2-4 hours.
15. What should I do if I do not like the customization result?
When your task is done you receive e-mail with a link to download your finished project or a link to view your project online. If you don`t like the result you may reasonably revise it by e-mail, than project manager will contact you.
16. Will I get the source files of the customized template?
Yes, you will receive your source files of the customized template after approving of final result and final payment (in first time you will pay only 50%, remember ? J)
17. What if my time zone is different to yours?
